As a clinical innovations front line leader you will supervise and develop clinical and non-clinical professional associates. Responsibilities include:

• Daily monitoring of front line business operations, oversight of staff assignments, operational performance, and productivity monitors

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Monitor case management activities, post-discharge calls, discharge planning and pre-assessment of elective admissions

• Serve as first point of contact for staff. May participate in auditing activities.

  Role Essentials
  oCurrent RN or Social Work license or equivalent clinical experience in case management and/or utilization management.
  oProgressive clinical experience preferably in an acute care, skilled or rehabilitation clinical setting
  oPrior supervisory experience is preferred
  oAbility to work independently under general instructions and with a team
  
  Role Desirables
  ?BSN or Bachelors degree in a related field
  ?Health Plan experience
  ?Prior Medicare / Medicaid experience
  ?May substitute equivalent education and/or experience for degree
  
  Reporting Relationships
  ?You may have staff who report to you directly or via a dotted line You will report to a Health Services Manager in the North Region.
